Giuliano Mazzuoli Manometro Sport Men's Automatic Watch Titanium Black Carbon Fiber Dial on Black Rubber Strap 7470S0C-510FABL

Can you handle this watch? It screams tires on a hot road and tangy scent of gasoline. That said, this is one of my favourite Giuliano Mazzuoli watches, and to think he started out manufacturing notebooks and pens... (click here to learn more about Giuliano Mazzuoli)

This watch exudes unbridled energy from its black carbon fiber case and dial. Black carbon fiber dates back to 1879, when
Thomas Edison used carbon fibers as filaments for early light bulbs. His fibers lacked the tensile strength of today's carbon fibers, their considerable tolerance to heat made these fibers ideal for conducting electric. Edison’s carbon fibers were comprised off cellulose-based materials like cotton or bamboo.

Today, Caron Fiber is made from heated plyacrylonitrile during an extremely intensive and complicated heating process. Known as the wonder polymer, Carbon Fiber is resilient, shock absorbent as well as being stronger and lighter than steel.

The case back is crafted from, titanium - extremely light weight and strong. The bracelet is black rubber, which provides extreme flexibility.

The movement is an automatic caliber: ETA 2824/2 with a shockproof system. This allows for maximum movement protection during high impact activities. As the watch is automatic, the movement is powered by the swinging motion of ones arm.
As you can see the crown is placed at the 2 'o'clock position, a signature mark of the Giuliano Mazzuoli Manometro.
