Super Bowl 2010

Clear off the couch, chill the beer, order the pizza and get ready for the greatest game of 2010 -the Superbowl. Tension is fierce, victory is up for grabs and we fix our attention to root for our favorite team. Indianapolis Colts vs New Orleans Saints square off at the Sun Life Stadium in Miami.
One of the great things about the NFL is its fans, the cheering screaming pulsating roar blasting from the fans in the bleachers dressed in vivid colors of their team. Jerseys in the blue and white of the Colts and gold and black of the Saints don fans smeared with coordinating face paint, and around many a wrist will be a matching watch baring the logo of their team.

Since the turn of the century, sports and timepieces have had a close collaboration ,after all most sports require precise timekeeping. Omega tracks Olympic Time; Tissot at Nascar; Breitling at air shows like Red Bull; Rolex at Wimbledon and countless others. Timekeeping in sporting events has to be precise - one to one thousands of a second like Tag Heuer tracking of the Formula One. Sportsmen excelling in the world of sports are ambassadors for highly regarded watch companies. Tom Brady is a Ambassador for Movado. A quarterback of the New England Patriots, he has an impressive list of accomplishments, and is known as one of the leading quarterbacks in the NFL today.

However, today our eyes will be riveted on Peyton Manning of the Indianapolis Colts who ,if he wins today, will be entering the "Joe Montana, John Elway, Tom Brady, Brett Favre, Dan Marino, Johnny Unitas" league.
Grab the beer, dust off the flat screen, and answer the door bell - "Pizza is here!"... and get ready for one great game.
